I’m Jacqueline Putegnat, a Master Reiki Healer, intuitive guide, and the voice behind the Spoken from the Stars podcast. Before I stepped into this work, I was the over achiever: a nationally ranked equestrian, graduated Summa Cum Laude from SMU with two degrees, climbed the corporate ladder, worked at a prominent technology startup and held a Director level leadership position. Then, I lost my father unexpectedly, and my beliefs, career path, and whole life changed.

I’ve always been deeply sensitive as a clairsentient and clairaudient, connected to the Earth, the ocean, and the unseen. Growing up in San Diego, I found healing through horses, nature, and later, intuitive tools like tarot and meditation. My lifelong journey through chronic health challenges like POTS and depression showed me that Western and Eastern methods layered together provide even deeper benefits together than alone.

Today, I offer Reiki and intuitive support for those navigating grief, burnout, sensitivity, and spiritual awakening. I’m here to hold space that’s both grounded and cosmic, soft and strong. I came up with the name Spoken from the Stars because of how Reiki taps into the “universal life force energy” among the stars and how their ancient wisdom illuminates, heals, and reignites.

When I’m not in session, you can find me at the beach with my dog and cat, painting in an art class, volunteering at an equine therapy barn, or reading in a coffee shop.
